Welcome, and thank you for joining the 30-Day RESET program! You deserve to look and feel exactly the way you desire, and you have the power to make it happen. It's likely you have chosen this course for one of several reasons:
You may want to establish a completely new relationship with alcohol - and view it in a different perspective.
Maybe you’ve tried to quit drinking on your own before and are looking for additional support.
Or perhaps you're ready to learn about a new, healthy, and sustainable way of living - one that doesn’t place alcohol front and center of every celebration and event.

Finally, you may be in search of some fabulous self-care and stress management techniques that can help you better deal with emotions (than reaching for alcohol).

A personal note
This is a story all about YOU! Over the next 30 days, we will travel on a journey together that has exponentially changed my life for the better in many ways. I’m going to help you begin a brand new relationship with the way you view alcohol and the role it plays in your life, while also providing a variety of self-care and stress management techniques that you can add to your toolbox. I’m afraid to say that when I set out on my alcohol-free lifestyle, I had no other coping mechanisms than opening a bottle of wine.
I am eager to be with you every step of the way!
What's in it for you?

Each day you will receive a lesson designed to educate, inspire, and move you toward your highest vision of you. It's a hands-on approach to becoming the change you want to see in yourself.
