A gratitude journal to take anywhere

I’ve read the benefits of maintaining a gratitude journal - and writing down what you are grateful for each day. Marie Forleo even says, “the dividends are in the detail,” - and that, the more specific you are in describing why you are grateful for things, actually takes the benefits and practice deeper.

I’m on the computer all day for work - writing, posting, sharing captions, etc. - so the last thing I want to do when I unplug is log on to write out a list of things I’m thankful for. And I’ve tried big, bound journals, but they are heavy (in my already weight-bearing bag) and then the pages and corners get scuffed up because I’m reaching into my bag every second of the day because. Space for gratitude, acts of kindness and daily reflection are all packaged in this pocket-sized journal from Pockitudes. I love how easy it is to carry around as a reminder to be grateful, kind and present in the moment. I think they would be a great idea for teacher’s gifts and stocking stuffers for the holiday season and more!

Thank you to the team at Pockitudes for being gracious enough to send me their pocket-sized gratitude journal to test out AND give away to one lucky winner. Designed to record daily reflections, acts of kindness, and items you are grateful for on the go, it also includes 10 go-to tips for a happier you! The giveaway is now closed but you can follow them on Instagram for daily inspiration.

My son loves to write in this little gratitude journal - and I'm thankful for the opportunity to talk with him about acts of kindness and being thankful.
